The Advocate Study Drawing of a Prominent Barrister on the Midlands Circuit Working as an artist I needed to develop my memory and observational skills, and I set myself the task of drawing this Barrister during a long running trial. The drawing took about a week to develop, and was one of the first courtroom pieces I had ever attempted, working on sketches made during adjournments. Working in colour added an extra element of realism, and the resulting drawing went down very well with the original. This print is not for sale |
