Glenn James Glenn was born in Birmingham, and studied Art at the old Bournville Art College, Sutton College and Wolverhampton University, graduating with a HND in Graphic Design in 1993.  He had a passionate interest in writing, journalism and film, and started out as a portrait painter and caricaturist.  Then he had a dream about a vampire which changed the entire course of his life. Skaler came to him in 1994, and led him through a career as a Radio Producer and Journalist, and via Crime Reporting, to write and illustrate his first novel.  Glenn developed his style, Pre-Raphaelite Goth, and found his medium as he worked on the Skaler novel. He is now an illustrator & writer contributing to books, magazines, and a Comic Project.  He also manages his press commitments. Glenn met Angela in 2002 at a screening of Phantom of The Opera, and they have been married since 2005.  They have a lovely daughter called Charlotte, and are business partners.  Angela runs the business side of things, to allow Glenn to concentrate on his creative projects.
