Moon Watcher

Definitely not a Flower-Fairy...

The old stories of fairies have them as fearsome creatures, glimpsed at your genuine peril, and the stories of people going to fairy banquets are the alien abduction stories of the middle ages.

Glenn has often been asked if he draws fairies at all, and in approaching it he wanted to try and put something into the piece which reflected the kind of uncertain wariness.

MoonWatcher is the kind of sprite you might suddenly see, with a certain degree of shock, looking at you from a hedgerow on a dark night, whilst she is out hunting or on a foraging party.  We hope she conveys the impression that it would be best if she didn't see you, too.
