Simply download our order form from the shop page and either post the completed form to us or e-mail us with all the details. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by The Gothic Works of Glenn James. We reserve the right to revise prices, limit quantities, correct errors on this site and refuse orders at its discretion. What methods of payment do you accept? At present we can only accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please send in a completed order form along with your cheque/postal order, payable to 'Glenn James'. We hope to be able to accept credit/debit card payments in the near future via Paypal.  We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for postage & packaging, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing. The Gothic Works of Glenn James reserves the right, by giving you notice at the time you place your order, to increase the price of the Products to reflect any increase in the cost to us, which is due to any factor beyond its control. How much is Postage and Packing? For UK customers the following rates apply: - Orders up to £20.00            FREE Orders over £20.00             £3.00 Orders over £50.00             £5.00 For Small Framed Prints      £8.00 For Large Farmed Prints     £9.00 For international customers, please contact us for Postage & Packing charges. Please note that your order will be sent by recorded delivery, as such a signature will be required upon delivery. When can I expect my order? We will endeavour to deliver your order within 10 working days. For framed prints and international orders please allow 28 days for delivery. If you pay for your order by cheque, please allow an additional 7 days for clearance. Please note that your order will be sent by recorded delivery, as such a signature will be required upon delivery. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate you. Unless you tell us you wish to collect the goods, we will deliver them in accordance with your order.  Immediately prior to despatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you. How do I cancel my order? Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, when the goods are delivered you have the right to cancel your order after receipt of the goods, for a full refund, provided that: - 1.  You must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your wish to cancel. 2.  The goods must not have been made to your specification, or personalised in anyway. 3.  The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in an undamaged condition      suitable for resale. 4.  You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. Is any information I give you safe? We will only use the information that we collect about you for the purposes of processing your order, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not send any unsolicited e-mails to you without your prior consent, and we will not pass your information on to any other third party. How do I contact you and/or make a complaint? We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 5 working days.
