Heir on an Airstring

David Barecandle discovering Jimi Hendrix 70 years too early

In common with what most of us know as teenagers, David Barecandle is finding growing up difficult.  His family do not approve of his taste in music, he feels uncomfortable in his working environment, and he has an urge to giggle at inappropriate times.

This would be a problem in the ordinary course, but it's even worse than normal for David.  He is 17 years old in 1888, he works as an apprentice mortician, and his best friend is not only a vampire, but he has also just introduced him to Jimi Hendrix 70 years too early.

After hearing Foxy Lady Music Hall would never be quite the same again.
