Presentation to Birmingham Crown Court

Court No 5, September 9th 2003

When writing and illustrating his book, and researching the character of Jasper Thames the Barrister, Glenn became a Verbatim Reporter with Martin Walsh Cherer, covering criminal hearings.  Everyone at court was wonderfully supportive, especially at Birmingham, and to thank everyone when he finished he presented copies of the artwork to Birmingham Crown Court.

The late Recorder of Birmingham, Lord Justice Richard Wakerley, was kind enough to give Glenn the use of his Court Room for the occasion.  He was also kind enough to give a speech himself, which was very funny indeed.  He is very dearly missed by everyone.

The works are now on public display, near the Probation Offices, at Birmingham Crown Court.
